The Neutronix Nuclear Consulting Service (PTY) LTD was founded by Dr. Mosebetsi J Leotlela, who started his career as a paint technologist, serving as a quality control (QC) and research and development (R&D) Lab technician for prominent companies such as Vadek Paints, Plascon Paints, and AECI Paint company. Transitioning from the surface coating industry, he pursued full-time studies leading to a National Diploma in Nuclear Technology.
